Home Delivery Arrangement

Shipping Policy

  1. Orders from this website can only be delivered to areas within Hong Kong, including self-pickup locker, self-pickup points, industrial and residential addresses (including Tung Chung and outlying islands). Basic delivery service fees and surcharges are as follows:
    - Free delivery for purchases over $400 to self-pickup cabinets/self-pickup points and urban industrial and commercial and residential addresses (including Tung Chung), and $40 delivery fee will be charged for the rest.
    - Free delivery to outlying islands (except Tung Chung) for purchases over $500and a delivery fee of $80 will be charged for the rest.
    - If there is no direct elevator to the commercial or residential address and need to use stairs, $30 per floor will be charged (for goods with a gross weight of 10 kg or less) or $60 (for goods with a gross weight of 10 kg or more).

  2. The company does not provide delivery to post office boxes (P.O Box); in addition, if it needs to be delivered to the restricted area, the logistics company needs the customer to provide an entry and exit permit (the restricted area includes: Shenzhen Bay Port, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, Luo Wu, Lok Ma Chau Branch Line ,Hong Kong International Airport)

  1. The company or the entrusted logistics company will make an appointment with the customer on the delivery time, date and location before delivery. If the customer fails to deliver the goods within the agreed time, the company and the logistics company will have the right to charge an additional shipping fee.

  4. Kerry/Alfred Locker Self Pick-Up, 7-11/ Circle K Self Pick-Up Point

    If the customer chooses Kerry/Alfred self-pickup locker, 7-11 or Circle K convenience store to pick up the express, but fails to complete the pick-up within the first 48 hours after the courier successfully delivers it to the point, the company will contact the customer to understand and reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee. (If you choose Kerry/Alfred Locker, the gross weight of the goods and packaging must be within 5 kg)

  5. SF Locker Self Pick-up

    The customer chooses to pick up the shipment at SF Business Station or SF Store, and fails to complete the pickup within the first 2 days* after the shipment arrives at the selected address and put on shelf at the selected address, will be charged for SF Retention Service Fee for every 1 day*. The cost will be accumulated every day. (If you choose SF Locker, the gross weight of the goods and packaging must be within 5 kg)

  6. SF Stores Self Pick-Up

    The customer chooses the SF Locker^ and fails to complete the pickup within the first 24 hours after the courier successfully dispatched to the locker. An accumulative fee of HK$10 will be charged for every 24-hour as a unit thereafter.

    *The number of day(s) is/ are calculated from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

Free Test Paper

For customers who purchased 4L and 1,000ml, test paper is included on the packaging, so that customers can test themselves before use, and avoid using products that have been improperly stored or stored for a long time.

Customers can also ask for free test paper. Please contact our customer service first, provide the order number and collect test paper at our office or pay for the postage. You can get free test paper once per order
